Digital Financial Literacy

Digital Lab Pilot Program
"Digital Job Readiness” is a 16-hour curriculum that will prepare participants with foundational digital skills in job readiness and digital literacy. In the beginning phase of the training, participants will learn how to use Google tools by creating a Google account, designing and editing a resume, and drafting a cover letter.
With these essential skills, the training will continue with Google Sheets and communications. For example, participants will create a financial monthly expense report and learn how to use effective communication in salary negotiations and email etiquette. The final modules of the training will combine all of the learned skills and prepare them for a job application, interview conversation, and personal financial management.
Our training program offers essential digital skills training tailored specifically for underserved migrant communities. We understand the importance of equipping individuals with foundational skills that are commonly used in office working environments. Whether it's learning how to navigate online platforms or mastering communication tools like Google Meet or Zoom, our training can be delivered virtually to ensure accessibility for all. We utilize breakout rooms for engaging activities and collaborative group projects, creating an interactive and supportive learning environment.
